Great for families!

We had a fab week here! The kids' club was a lifesaver, my son loved the face painting. Snack bars were super convenient, we snacked on ice cream all day. The only issue was the room decor felt a bit dated. Plus, I wish the main restaurant had clearer veggie options!

The food was shocking. the à la carte restaurants charged extra. The cooking staff clearly didn't know what they were doing, with raw chicken served multiple times. Queuing for 25 minutes just to receive raw food was unacceptable and ruined our dining experience.

Try to request specific dietary options ahead of time to avoid meal challenges. the staff is accommodating and can provide tailored menus.

The pools were fantastic, especially the kids' pool. We loved the beautiful grounds and the delicious snacks available 24/7.

The pools at Euphoria in Kizilagac were fantastic, perfect for children with plenty of space for fun. The grounds felt really well maintained, full of nice plants and areas to relax. We appreciated the 24/7 availability of snacks, which was convenient for our kids. the dining experience really let us down. The food quality was inconsistent—some meals were served lukewarm and there were repeated issues, like raw chicken, which was unacceptable. Queuing for food took far too long, and it became frustrating. I noticed the staff working hard, but cooking staff seemed overwhelmed and not always efficient. It felt like they struggled to keep up, which made meal times stressful. I wish the main restaurant offered clearer vegetarian options, as my family has specific dietary needs. Our Standard Club Room needed better cleanliness. the towels were not changed regularly, and the bathroom could have seen more attention. Wi-Fi access was poor, limiting our ability to connect. While there were many activities available, the execution could improve. The entertainment team worked hard but did not seem very involved during some shows.

The gardens were absolutely stunning, filled with beautiful plants and trees 🌳. The pools were appealing, but the food was quite disappointing, lukewarm and lacking choice. a nice stay but room for improvement.

during my stay in kizilagac, euphoria exceeded my expectations with its vibrant evening activities and superb entertainment. the pools were fantastic, especially the kids' area, which my family loved. we enjoyed well-maintained grounds that added to the overall experience of relaxation and fun.
